Xedis was asked to prepare a pragmatic startup for project management, starting from the current situation. The objectives were clear: to improve transparency, efficiency and reliability of the processes.

Xedis assisted Partena in converting the payroll engine from the old mainframe system to a new .NET system. Xedis was responsible for change and release management of the new system.

Xedis assisted Electrabel (GDF Suez) with its Energy Trading and Risk Management System (ETRM) Program from 2007 until 2011.

Xedis implemented a management service project for A.S.T.R.I.D. This project ran from January 2008 until December 2010. Its objective was the transition of A.S.T.R.I.D. from a project-oriented to a service-oriented organization that needs to assure an excellent availability of its services to the demand of diverse customers.

Xedis is assisting Tractebel in implementing their PROMISE project in all Tractebel plants worldwide.

Xedis carried out an assessment for the internal processes of the IT department and established the maturity level. We listed recurring issues and proposed a plan to reduce the number of problems and to raise efficiency and IT service level quality. We also supported ZOL in realizing this improvement plan.

Xedis carried out an assessment for Jessa Ziekenhuis to measure the operations of their Service Desk and the related ITIL processes.
